| Need to return something? No worries. You may return new, unused, undamaged and unwashed non-sale items sold and fulfilled by Jakfish within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges). Items must be returned in their original packaging. As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited. Please allow 5 business days from when we receive your return for processing. Need to return a gift? You may return new, unused, undamaged and unwashed gifts, as long as they were purchased on the Jakfish online store. Items must be returned with their original tags attached. As soon as we process your returned merchandise, we'll issue you a store credit in the form of an e-mail gift certificate. Please allow 5 business days from when we receive your gift return for processing. If the Jakfish clothing was purchased someplace other than the online store please return the items to the store where purchased. Partial Refunds Partial refunds will be issued for any item that is obviously worn or washed or is not returned in the condition it was received. Orders Returned After 30 Days All items returned after 30 days will be subject to Merchandise Credit only. Upon processing, you will be mailed Merchandise Credit in the form of an e-mail. Merchandise Credit is non-refundable. Returns That Will Not Be Accepted Orders returned after 60 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit or refund. The items will be returned to sender. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following the instructions above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Manufacturing Guarantee Jakfish stands behind its products - all are proudly manufactured in Vermont. If you purchased clothing from Jakfish and develop a manufacturing problem (which does not include normal wear and tear or laundry mistakes) within 9 months of shipment, we may still be able to help by repairing/replacing your clothing free of charge.
